The Perfect Boiled Egg

  • 12 eggs
  • Cold water


Start with a large pan and gently place eggs into the pan. Cover eggs with cold water. Place on the stove on medium heat and bring to a boil. Let eggs gently boil for 2 minutes and turn off the heat. Let eggs sit for 20 min in hot water. Drain off hot water and cover eggs in ice and cold water to help them peel easier!

This is really up to the individual! Eggs are great boiled, fried, scrambled, and in many other ways! I have always found when it comes to cooking eggs to take the proper time. It is important to be patient!
