Savory French Toast Breakfast Sandwich

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of your favorite bread
  • 1 slice of your favorite cheese
  • 2 slices of Canadian bacon or choice of meat


Lightly grease your pan with non-stick spray and place on medium heat. In a small bowl, lightly beat two eggs together. Pour egg mixture into the pan and swirl it around to distribute evenly. Before the eggs cook place your two slices of bread onto the egg mixture in the pan and then flip your bread over. Once you think your eggs are cooked on one side, flip everything over and place your cheese and meat on each slice of bread. Fold your sides in and flip up the bottom slice of bread to make a sandwich. Enjoy!

I enjoy French toast and breakfast sandwiches. This is a recipe that combines the best of both of them, all in one tasty breakfast sandwich!
